Since the company’s inception, we have strived to satisfy our customers in all aspects of façade solutions – not only in terms of quality and materials, but also by expanding our product base. We are fully aware that modern and automated machinery is needed to meet the current sophisticated market needs. In 2017, we purchased our first 4-axis machining centre, while more recently we have been the happy owners of a DMC1 numerical corner crimping machine – this equipment has allowed us to eliminate the production bottleneck, provide even better quality joints and unprecedented repeatability. The number of profiles currently used in production is increasing all the time, and the DCM1 is able to change from system to system in a matter of seconds, so it is an invaluable production improvement,’ says Mateusz Skrzypiec, owner of LEDO.
